Introductory Private & Introductory Shared Privates (you & a friend)
These sessions are compulsory if you are interested in doing Pilates Reformer and AntiGravity® classes to learn the principles and techniques prior to entering a group class. You receive 1 group class (& 2m blue TheraBand if taking Pilates intro) with your first Introductory Private or Shared Private session & your initial instructor will recommend which styles of class will be suitable for you.
Private, Shared Private (you & a friend) & Semi-private (2-3 people)
Private, Shared Private & Semi-private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs. Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.
In these classes, you can take advantage of the different Pilates equipment, Barre and the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® hammocks .
We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are interested in more personalised attention.
