Pilates Group Classes


Circuit Classes

Circuit classes are a full body endurance workout that utilises all the traditional & contemporary studio equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Core Fitness Roller, Freeform Board, TRX, Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and various props.

Classes are pre choreographed and tailored to your individual body and skill level. They run on a 5 week cycle to keep it fresh. In each cycle you will learn to develop and master a range of exercises, then build on that knowledge in the next cycle.

Maximum 4 participants per class.
Suitability: All levels, including pre and post natal.


Mat Classes

Pilates mat classes take place in a group setting and include Pilates exercises preformed on the floor. These classes use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance. Sometimes props, such as foam rollers, Magic Circles, Theraband, Chi Balls, Sliders, Dura Discs, Swiss Balls and hand weights are used to increase the resistance and challenge. These classes are fun and challenging and will strengthen and tone your body, as well as improve flexibility. It’s a wonderful abdominal workout.

Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each client’s individual needs

Maximum 6-9 participants per class.

Pilates on the Ball Classes

A full body dynamic version of the mat class, incorporating the Swiss Ball & other small props. Improve your core stability, core strength, flexibility & coordination.

Tone your abs, arms & arse!

Maximum 6 participants per class

Suitability: all levels.


Mat/Reformer Classes

A full body Matwork & Reformer class that will challenge your fitness by taking the best from both types of group class.

One class, twice the Pilates!

Maximum 5-6 participants per class.

Suitability: all levels.


Reformer Classes

A workout using one of the most popular pieces of Pilates equipment – The Reformer. The Reformer is a Pilates machine that uses spring resistance. It has a moveable carriage and pulley system to assist you to increase strength, flexibility and core stability in a workout you will love as much as the results.

Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs

Reformer & Jump Board Classes

This is a dynamic CARDIO challenge using the Reformer & incorporating the Jump Board.

They are packed full of abdominal, arm & leg exercises

Suitability: Those more experienced at Pilates Reformer. It is unsuitable for some knee & ankle issues (please check with your instructor/reception if you are unsure).


Reformer/AntiGravity® Classes

A full body Reformer & AntiGravity® hammock class that will challenge your fitness by combining the strength & stability & flexibility of a Reformer class with the spinal decompression, strength, stability & flexibility of the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® hammock.

Maximum 5-6 participants per class.
Suitability: all levels.


Reformer/Barre Classes

This is a dynamic CARDIO challenge!

A full body Reformer & Barre class that includes a hand weight & movement warm up, then it’s off to the Barre for your plies & gluteals, & finishing with your abdominal endurance, spine extension & side waist sequence on the Reformer. This is a great workout if you love to sweat.

Maximum 5 participants per class.
Suitability: all levels.

A full body Matwork & Reformer class that will challenge your fitness by taking the best from both types of group class. One class, twice the Pilates!
