Xtend Barre® Workout

We are proud to have been the very first studio in Australia to offer the Xtend Barre® workout!

Xtend Barre® is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body- and fast!

The method creates longer, leaner dancer-like bodies by incorporating strength, flexibility and endurance into one complete workout.

Xtend Barre® gives you:

• Stronger abdominal and back muscles;
• Toned arms, sculpted thighs and a lifted derriere;
• Greater body awareness and improved posture;
• Increased flexibility;
• Improved endurance and overall energy.

Suitability: All levels

Our classes are small with a maximum of 10 in each class. This way our instructors can be sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Please note – If you have any injuries and or are pregnant, we recommend you book a private session prior to joining a class. The classes are fast-paced and if you require specific modifications, they must be learnt outside the class.

Xtend Barre Stick®

Xtend Barre Stick® adds a fun new dimension to your Xtend Barre® workout.

It’s a fast paced 55 minute workout utilising the Pilates Stick® attached to the ballet barre which gives you a resistance workout.

Enjoy a fresh and challenging combination of Pilates Mat, Reformer and Xtend Barre® rolled into one while monitoring your progress, as the stronger you get the further away from the barre you stand.
