Private

Private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs. Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

In private classes, you can take advantage of the different Pilates equipment, such as Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels and other fun props.

Assessments are also conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific body type.
We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are new to Pilates.

Suitability: all levels.

Introductory Private 

These sessions are advised for those new to Pilates to learn the principles and techniques prior to entering a class. This also includes an introduction to the Reformer and a postural assessment.

Semi-Private (2 people)

Semi-private sessions are ideal for clients looking to workout together and share the benefits of a private session at a reduced rate per individual. Also a great way to take advantage of the different Pilates equipment such as Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels and other fun props.

Assessments are also conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific body type.

Introductory Semi Private

Those new to Pilates will enjoy an introductory semi-private session learn to the principles and techniques and prior to entering group classes. It includes an introduction to the Reformer and a postural assessment.
