The Mums, Dads and Bubs classes are a fun workout on the Reformer, various Pilates props and, of course, your beautiful baby
If you are new to Pilates and the Reformer machine, you will require a private Introductory Session before joining the group class. We can arrange the Introductory Session at a time when you can also bring your baby.
We now have a playpen so crawling babies are also welcome!
You can bring your pram and your baby can sleep while you workout. Also have a a wrap or blanket handy to lie your baby on the carpeted floor during class, if he/she doesnt want to stay in the pram.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to complete a form and to discuss your experience and or injuries, if any, with your instructor.
