What to expect in pilates class
There are a range of classes to choose from which will suit various levels of experience: We offer Mat Pilates, Reformer and Xtend Barre classes. In each class the instructor guides you through a set of exercises and provides modifications to the exercises if necessary. The instructor also gives you guidance on how to use the equipment safely and effectively, as well the most appropriate level of resistance.
If classes are full
Be sure to put yourself on our waiting list for a class as appointments change all the time. We will notify you if a space opens. If the class waiting list is full, and you really want to join the class, pass by the studio at the time of the class, just in case there is a space available.
If our class times don’t work with your schedule – make a new class!
Please contact us to suggest times that work best for your schedule and we can try to start a new class time. We only need two participants to run a reformer Pilates class and three to run a mat Pilates class.
Should I do anything special for my first class?
Ideally, arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to complete a health questionnaire. Also bring socks to wear in your session.
Booked classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the time of the class. Failure to show up or cancellations after this will incur the full cost of the class.
